Return policy

To process a full or partial return of an order, you must open an item or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in the "My Orders" section of your customer account. Clickhereto see how to correctly return or use warranty.

Return conditions

There are several reasons why products can be returned:

1. Return due to withdrawal from purchase of the product.

You can return the product due to withdrawal from the purchase if you don't like the content, you expected something else or you simply want to return it as long as it is within the return period.

In order for us to accept the return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It is necessary to return the same items that were delivered. Don't forget to include the instructions and accessories inside the box.
  • The packaging must be the original and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be clean and in good condition.

If you request a return due to withdrawal and these conditions are met, only the return shipping cost per package will be deducted from your refund. These costs may vary depending on the country. Check them here.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, we reserve the right to make a partial refund, deducting the loss of value resulting from use not in accordance with the assignment or documentation of the product.

2. Return due to breakage/damage of the product during shipping.

During shipping, products may be damaged and not arrive in perfect condition. In this case, there are two very important facts that must be met:

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to report any issue. After this time, the system will not allow you to request this type of return. Therefore, if the order was delivered by someone else, please ask them to check that the order is in good condition.
  • Take photos of both the product box and item and the courier company's boxes and labels. These images will work as evidence for any claims you may need to make.

3. Return due to product defect/failure. Warranty.

All our products come with a three-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. The warranty start date is shown on the purchase invoice. The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling (other than as described in the user manuals), incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, its condition will be checked. Our technicians will identify the problem and carry out the repair or replacement with a new model.

4. Return due to order shipment failure/error.

If you receive a product that does not match your order, it's likely due to a packaging error or a mix-up with the courier's labels. If this is the case, remember that you have 15 days to report the issue in your customer area.
