Here is the information you need to resolve an issue with a CREATE product within the warranty period. Remember that even if your product is within the warranty period, it only covers factory defects or malfunctions.

If you purchased the product on the CREATE website or app, go to the "My Orders" section in your customer area. Once there, select the order in question and click on "Manage Return or Repair."
